Recipe 25: Sunshine Smoothie

Good morning, lovelies! I woke up in my old bed this morning, because I am staying at my parents' for the weekend. After I had woken up, I stayed in bed to listen to the lovely sound of the birds. It made my day. The sun is shining right now, and I am looking forward to spring so much!

So guess where the name Sunshine Smoothie comes from? Well, the color also played a part in this, but the weather absolutely has to do with it. The taste is absolutely amazing, just make sure your mango is ripe enough! Also, do not mind the quality of my pictures. I did not take my more professional camera with me, so I had to take these with my phone. I just had to share this amazing recipe with you!
What do you need?
  • Mango - 1/2 piece
  • Banana - 1 medium
  • Almond milk, unsweetened - 1/2 glass you want to fill with the smoothie
  • Goji berries - 2 tbsp
  • Coconut - to sprinkle over (optional)
How to make it?
  • Same old story: mix and serve.
Tip: get the flesh of the mango out by using a spoon. If it is ripe enough, you should be able to do that easily.
