Recipe 21: Creamy Banana-Berry Smoothie

Here is my quick go-to recipe for in the morning after my run. I would say it is made with ingredients you probably have on hands, but I must admit some are quite special - I just happen to have them around, as I use them a lot in my cooking.

What do you need?
  • Coconut milk - 1/3 cup
  • Unsweetened non-dairy milk, I use soy - 1/3 cup
  • Banana - 1 medium
  • Frozen berry mix, I used it nearly defrosted, but any texture is fine - 1 cup
How to make it?
  • Blends until smooth. Sift if you have raspberries and do not like the seeds.
